*Graduated in Industrial Engineering,
*At least 2 years experience in Planning Engeneer,
*Fluency in English both written and spoken,
*Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures,
*Conduct work simplifications and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants,
*Design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes including quality control, inventory control, cost analysis, and production coordination,
*Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems,
*Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services which includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction,
*Recommend modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality,
*Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems,
*Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control and other operational reports, to detect production problems,
*Review plans and confer with research and support staff to develop new processes,
*Military service completed for male candidates,
